<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Patrick L.
<br />Fitzgerald and Rita A. Fitzgerald, husband and wife, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska
<br />Bar Association, as Trustee for the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC., BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated November 27th, 1996 and recorded November 27, 1996 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 96- 109312 has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
