DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />Sutton and Steven Sutton, wife and husband, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee for the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC., BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated August 6`", 1999 and recorded August 10`h, 1999 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0099108077 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
