TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />STEVEN C GROETEKE AND MARILYN J GROETEKE, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MARCH 6, 1998 and recorded MARCH 9, 1998, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as Instrument Number, 98- 102115 has been paid, and said beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises;
<br />PARCEL ONE - LOT TWENTY (20) AMICK ACRES EAST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />PARCEL TWO - LOT THIRTY -SEVEN (37) POTASH SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, 4022 W REED ROAD, GRAND ISLAND, NE
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
