<br />WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KENNETH L FREIDT AND
<br />LISA L FREIDT, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. as Trustee
<br />for the benefit of FIVE POINTS BANK, A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />MARCH 19, 1999 and recorded MARCH 24, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County,
<br />NEBRASKA, as Instrument No. 99- 103019, and beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />FIRST COMMERCE MORTGAGE COMPANY, n /k /a WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. by an Assignment
<br />recorded MARCH 24, 1999 as Instrument No. 99- 103020; has been partially paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that part of the property held by the
<br />Trustee by reconveyed, without warranty, to the persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such partial payment and in accordance with the written request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitle thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described property:
<br />LOT 7, BLOCK 8, KOEHLER PLACE, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
