WIELAND, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states that: 2. From the date of the creation of the Trust until December 18, 2016, Jack D. Wieland served as Trustee of the Trust; 3. Jack D. Wieland died on December 18, 2016; 1. Jack D. Wieland created the Jack D. Wieland Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated April 18, 2012 (the "Trust ") wherein Jack D. Wieland designated himself as the initial Trustee of said Trust, and Joann H. Wieland as first successor Trustee and Gilbert H. Wieland as second successor Trustee. 4. Upon the death of Jack D. Wieland and pursuant to ARTICLE X of the Trust, Joann H. Wieland executed an Acceptance of Trusteeship under date of May 30, 2017, wherein she has accepted the Trusteeship of said Trust and agreed to administer said in accordance with the terms of the Trust Agreement and the laws of the State of Nebraska; 5. The Trust is irrevocable due to the death of the decedent, Jack D. Wieland and is in full force and effect; 6. Affiant Joann H. Wieland is currently serving as Trustee of said Trust and the Trust Agreement grants Affiant as Trustee all powers under the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code; 7. The Internal Revenue Service has issued a taxpayer identification number for the 8. Joann H. Wieland is the primary beneficiary of the Trust during her lifetime. Jack D. Wieland, II and Gilbert H. Wieland are remainder beneficiaries of the Trust; and
