<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., an Iowa
<br />Corporation, with its Home Office at 711 High Street, Des Moines, Iowa, in consideration of the sum of
<br />Ten ($10.00) Dollars
<br />and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the Secretary of Housing and Urban
<br />Development of Washington, D.C., an officer of the United States of America, his successors in office
<br />and assigns, the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall
<br />State of Nebraska, and more particularily described as follows, to -wit:
<br />LOT THREE (3), IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK THIRTY -EIGHT (38), IN CHARLES
<br />WASMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all the
<br />estate, title, right of homestead, claim or demand whatsoever of Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc.
<br />of, in, or to the same or any part thereof.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises with the appurtenances, unto the
<br />Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and to his successors in office and assigns forever, and
<br />Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. does covenant, for itself and its successors and assigns, that it is
<br />lawfully seized of the premises and has good and lawful right to sell and convey same, and that it will
<br />warrant and defend the title to said premises unto the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development
<br />and his successors in office and assigns forever against the lawful claims and demands of all persons
<br />whomsoever claiming by, through or under Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., but not otherwise.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF said Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. has caused these presents to
<br />be executed by its duly authorized officer and its corporate seal affixed hereto this 10th day of
