DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />Union Bank & Trust Company, trustee, for the benefit of Union Bank & Trust Company,
<br />Richard K & Delores A Eberl, husband and wife, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />June 03, 1996 Recorded at the office of Register of Deeds Hall County on June 05, 1996
<br />recorded as Doc 96- 104432 said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvene to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the
<br />following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />The Northerly 90 Feet of the Westerly Forty -four (44) Feet of Lot Four (4), in Block
<br />Twenty -Three (23), in Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, subject
<br />to an easement for the benefit of the Westerly 22 Feet of said Lot Four (4) and the
<br />Westerly 39 Feet of the Northerly 93.1 Feet of Lot 3, in said Block 23 for sanitary
<br />sewer connecting line where the same is now located and for telephone and electrical
<br />power lines over, under and across the premises hereby conveyed.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging
<br />to such premises.
