That the Petitioner shall have the permanent custody and care of the parties' minor children, Kenzie M. Lueders, born November 23, 1985, and Abbie L. Lueders, born August 6, 1989, subject to the right of reasonable visitation by the Respondent. Each parent shall continue to have full and equal access to the education and medical records of his or her child unless the Court orders to the contrary. Either parent may make emergency decisions affecting the health or safety of his or her child while the child is in the physical custody of such parent. That the Respondent shall pay to the Petitioner for and on behalf of the parties' minor children support payments in the sum of $747.00 per month, commencing on May 1, 1996, with a like amount due and payable on the same day of each month thereafter. Said child support payments shall continue for each child until such child dies, becomes of legal age, is self - supporting, emancipated, adopted, marries or until further order of the Court, whichever sooner occurs. All payments shall be made to the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska. When there is one child, said child support payments shall be in the sum of $522.00 per month.
