The Petitioner is present and is represented <br />by her attorney, John A. Wolf. The Respondent is not present but <br />is represented by his attorney, Arthur S. Wetzel. The Petitioner <br />produces evidence and rests. The Respondent produces evidence and <br />rests. Whereupon the matter is argued and submitted to the Court <br />and the Court, being duly advised in the premises, finds as <br />follows: <br />1. That both parties are now and have been for more than one <br />(1) year prior to the commencement of this action, domiciled in and <br />residents of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. That the Court has jurisdiction of both parties and the <br />subject matter of this action. <br />3. That neither party is a member of the armed forces of the <br />United States or its allies. <br />4.
