<br />IN REFERENCE TO THE Trust Deed executed by Jeffrey J Berggren, a single man, to
<br />Exchange Bank, Gibbon, Nebraska , Trustee, for the benefit of Exchange Bank, Gibbon, Nebraska the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated May 10, 2013, and recorded May 13, 2013, in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska recorded as/in Instrument #201303803, the said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned
<br />as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following

<br />covenants, easements, conditions and restrictions establishing a plan for condominium ownership of "B"
<br />Windsor Square Condominium property regime, as set forth therein and of record of Instrument #80-
<br />006226, and any amendments thereto, all as contained in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />AND
<br />Garage D, Allene Windsor Square Condominium Property Regime, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as shown on the plat and plan for Allene Windsor Square Condominium property
<br />regime and the Declaration thereof, and any amendments thereto, and subject to the Declaration, grants,
<br />covenants, easements, conditions and restrictions establishing a plan for condominium ownership of Allene
<br />Windsor Square Condominium property regime as set forth therein and of record as Instrument No. 80-
<br />00 1455 . and any amendments thereto, all as contained in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
<br />The Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
