<br />Indebtedness. The vvord 'Indebtedness" means all principal, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses

<br />Lender. The word "Lender' means Equitable Bank, its successors and assigns.

<br />existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness.

<br />other benefits derived frorn the Property.
