<br />IN REFERENCE TO THE Trust Deed executed by The Guarantee Group, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited
<br />Liability Company, to Exchange Bank, Gibbon, Nebraska , Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Exchange Bank, Gibbon, Nebraska the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 191, 2017, and recorded June
<br />281 2017, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska recorded as/in Inst #201704292
<br />the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as'
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned
<br />as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4); thence running
<br />northerly on the east line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of Three Hundred
<br />Thirty (330.0) feet; thence running westerly parallel with the south line of said Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of Two Hundred Sixty Four (264.0) feet; thence running
<br />southerly parallel with the east line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4), a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Thirty (330.0) feet, to a point on the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4);
<br />thence running easterly on the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE1/4),a distance of
<br />Two Hundred Sixth Four (264.0) feet, to the point of beginning. EXCEPTING THEREFROM
<br />the westerly Forty Five (45.0) feet of the northerly One Hundred (100.0) feet of said tract,
<br />and that portion deeded to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and recorded in
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 83-003893 and Document No.

<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
