Stat. 76 - 201) situated in <br />Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4SW1/4), Section Twenty - <br />Three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />The Easterly 16 1/2 Feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE'/4SW1/4), <br />of Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record and the easement reserved by the GRANTORS <br />hereinbelow. <br />The within conveyance is subject to an easement over, through and upon the Easterly <br />16.5 Feet of the Southwest Quarter (SW' /4) of Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska (Tract 1) which the <br />Grantors hereby reserve for ingress and egress from Stolley Park Road located South of the <br />property being conveyed herein to Garland Place Subdivision (Tract 2) owned by the Grantors <br />located directly adjacent to the east of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(NE1/4SW1/4) of Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Eleven (11) North Range Ten (10) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
