Flint, husband and wife, each in his and <br />her own right and as spouse of the other, <br />Hall Nebraska <br />of the County of and State of <br />hereinafter called party of the first part, in consideration of— $ 8, 3 6 3. 8 7 <br />Eight Thousand Three Hundred Sixty -Three and 87/100 -DOLLARS, <br />in hand paid, do hereby.grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grand Island Trust <br />Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, and its successors and assigns, the following real <br />estate, situated in Hall —County, State of -Nebraska towit: <br />Lot Eight (8) and the Westerly Twenty -Six and Four -Tenths feet <br />(26.4') of Lot Nine (9), in Block Forty (40), in Russel Wheeler's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall.County, Nebraska. <br />Together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all covenants in all the <br />title deeds running with said real estate, and all the fents, issues and profits arising <br />therefrom after default in performance of any covenant or condition herein contained; <br />and warra*nts the title thereto perfect and clear except for this mortgage. <br />During the time this mortgage is in force the mortgagors agree: <br />First. To pay all taxes and special assessments levied against said premises, in- <br />cluding all taxes and assessments levied upon this mortgage, or the debt secured by <br />this mortgage. <br />Second.
