<br />-KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that REX CARPENTER and JONADYNE A. -
<br />CARPENTER, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Mortg agors,

<br />do hereby sell and convey -unto PERSONALIZED'HOMES, INC., a Nebraska
<br />corpor ' ation, and EDWARD R. JENKINS and CHARLANNE M. JENKINS,husband
<br />ardwife, hereinafter referred to as Mortg4gees, the following
<br />described premises situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Ravenwood Subdivision in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described with all the
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Mortgagees and to
<br />their successors, heirs or personal representatives, forever, provided
<br />-always, and these presents are upon the express condition that if the..
<br />aforesaid Mortgagors, their heirs -or personal representatives., shall
<br />pay or cause to be paid to the said Mortgagees, their successors, heirs,
<br />or personal representatives, the sum of 38, 0,00, 00
<br />with interest thereon, pa!�able
<br />all according to the tenure and effect of a certain Promissory Note
<br />executed by Rex Carp . enter and Jonadyne A. Carpenter, husband and wife:
<br />and delivered to Personalized Homes, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, an�
<br />Edward R. Jenkins and Charlanne M. Jenkins, husband'and wife, on
<br />November 24 _, 1975, and shall pay all taxes and assessments levied
<br />upon said real estate, then these premises to be void, otherwise to
<br />be and remain in full force.
<br />It is further agreed (1) That if thesaid Mortgagors shall fail
<br />to pay such taxes, the said Mortgagees may pay such taxes; and the
<br />sum ' so advanced with interest in accordance with the -said Promissory
<br />Note shall be paid by said Mortgagors, and this Mortgage shall stand
<br />as security for the same. (2) That a failure to pay -any of said
<br />money, either principal -or interest, when the same becomes due, or
<br />failure:to comply with all of the foregoing agreements, shall cause
<br />.the whole sum of money herein secured to become due and collectible
<br />at once at the option of the Mortgagees.
