The address for any, purpose hereof of Mortgagee may be changed <br />at any time and from time to time and shall be'the most 'recent such address furnished in writing by <br />Mortgagee to Mortgagor, to the Banks and to each other � <br />person who is a holder of any Note. The <br />address of any Bank may be changed at any time and from time to time and shall be the most recent <br />such address furnished in writing by such Bank to Mortgagor and Mortgagee. <br />21. Miscellaneous. This Mortgage shall be binding upo.n Mortgagor and its successors and assigns, <br />and all persons claiming under or through Mortgagor or any such successor or assign, and shall inure <br />to the benefit of and be enforceable by Mortgagee and its� <br />,successors and assigns. This Mortgage 'may <br />be changed, waived, discharged or terminated only by an instrument in writing signed by Mortgagor <br />and Mortgagee. This Mortgage shall be construed :in accorda6ce with and governed by the laws of the <br />State of Nebraska. The headings in this Mortgage.are for purposes of reference only and shall not limit <br />or define the meaning hereof.
