The Mortgagor is lawfully seized of the mortgaged property and has good right, full power and lawful authority to sell <br />and convej the same in the manner above provided, and will *arrant and defend the same to' the Mortgagee forever against the law- <br />ful claims and demands of any and all parties whatsoever. <br />21.
