The Mortgagee may collect a "late charge" not to exceed Five Cents (5c) for each dollar ($1.00) of vaoli total monthly
<br />payment more than 15*days in arrears to cover the extra expense involved in handling delinquent accounts.
<br />All payments made under the provisions of this mortgage or the note hereby secured, which may be construed as interest.
<br />shall not. in the aggregate over the term thereof, exceed the *ratc4hat. may no%%, be lawfully c(;ntracted for in writing.
<br />It is further agreed that in case any suit is begun to foreclose this mortgage, the Mortgagee, its representatives or assigns,
