<br />.-If the said party of the first part shall pay all sums for
<br />whi ' ch the party of the third part may be liable under the.teim�-and
<br />conditions of said indemnity agreement in full and'save harmless the
<br />said party of Ehe third part from all loss by reason of default by,
<br />party,,of the first part on said bonds or any renewal thereof then
<br />thesepresents shall determine and be void.:.
<br />Said Livestock Market -Insurance Agency, Inc., Trustee, shall
<br />at.any,.time after demand upon him by the party of the third part,.and..
<br />while'the party of the third part is'liable under the terms of the
<br />aforesa'id-indemnity agreement and'after los� has occurred which is
<br />secured by said bond, and if not paid by the party of the first part
<br />i' -loss occurs, it shall be lawful for and

<br />the duty of said Trustee, to take immediat.O-,possession of said real
<br />estaban,,.and to sell the same, upon such terms and after such public
<br />notice- ' as the Trudtee, or its assigns, in.execution of this Trust,

<br />First,: To pay all proper.costs, charges and expenses on -the
<br />amount of said sale;
<br />Second: To pay to Commercial National Bank and Trust Company,
<br />of Grand Island, Nebrask-4. *any sum unpaid under a real estate mort-
<br />gage given.by Bachman & Lester Company, and A & T Yard Company, in
<br />,the su�i of $320,*000.00,.dated May 15, 1974, recorded in Book 165 of
<br />Mortgages.at page 196 in the office of -the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on Ma *15, 1974, which mortgage shall.be a superior

<br />and prior lien and claim.to any debt or obligation created by the
<br />general indemnity agreement referred to above and this Deed of Trust;
<br />Third: To pay whatever may then remain unpaid of said indemnity
<br />agreement;
<br />Fourth: to pay the surplus, if any,.to whomsoever shall be
<br />lawfully entitled to the same.
