<br />-part, an ' d.Competitive Livestock Marketing Association', party of the
<br />third part,
<br />W I T N E S S E T H:
<br />THAT WHEREAS,party,of the first part executed a General In-
<br />demnity Agreement�dated'May 30, 1975, whereby they did obligate�them-
<br />selves as indemnitors to Capitol Indemnity Corporation, hereafter.
<br />called surety, on:behalf of p-Fincipal, Grand'Island Livestock Auction,
<br />Inc.,,a Nebraska Corporation, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />THAT WHEREAS, party'of the 'third part has an indemnity,'agree-.
<br />ment with surety, which'has,induced'said surety and in direct reliance
<br />on said indemnity.agreement. did execute Market Agency Bond No.'146395
<br />dated June 2, 197.5, and-No..146396 dated June 2, 1975, required.by
<br />the party of the first part to -qualify as a regis'trant in compliance
<br />with the*Packers and Stockyards Act of 1921, as amended,.
<br />..THAT WHEREAS, party of the first part, in consideration of said
<br />indemnity'agreement of party of the third part and other good and'valu-
<br />able considerations does agree to indemnify and save harmless the -said
<br />party of the third part,from' all losses on account of the execution of
<br />said Market Agency Bonds by the surety, by the conveyance of the land
<br />-hereinafter described in trust�for such purposes.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and for the
<br />sum of TEN DOLLARS, and other good and valuable considerations -and
<br />for the:purpose aforesaid, th ' e said party of the first part have bar-
<br />gained and sold and by these.presents do, hereby give, grant, bargain,
<br />and sell and convey unto the party of the second part, as Trustee and
<br />his successors and assigns:

<br />(10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, lying
<br />South of the Right -of -Way of the Union Pacific Railroad.

<br />ground deeded to Harold R. Johnson, said tract being more*
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book
<br />155 Page 222 as recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, and East of the
<br />Easterly boundary line of U.S. Highway Number 281, Hali
<br />County, Nebraska, and together with all buildings, yards,
<br />sheds; fences, scales, tanks, structures and improvemei.it6,
<br />subject to an easement to Chicago Burlington & Quincy
<br />Railroad Company recorded in Book '.'R", Page 255 of the:.
<br />records of Hall County and together with all rights of'the
<br />grantors under a right of way lease from Union Pacific.
<br />Railroad Company recorded in Book'Two (2), page 607, of:'
<br />the Miscellaneous records of Hall County, Nebraska,

<br />Lots Eight (8) and -Nine (9), Bachman & Lester Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County', Nebraska.
