Barney ( "Barney "), as trustee.and <br />Balcor /American Express Real Estate Finance Inc. (now known <br />as Balcor Real Estate Finance Inc.) ( "Balcor "), as <br />beneficiary, a deed of trust (the "D.-.-.d of Trust ") covering <br />the property (the "Premises ") described as follows: <br />Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 11, 12 and 16 Grand <br />Island Mall Eighth Subdivision (formerly <br />known as Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Grand Island <br />Mall Fifth Subdivision) in the City of <br />Grand island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust was given as security for the <br />repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by the Trustor's note <br />dated September 26, 1984 to Balcor in the original principal <br />amount of $3,150,000, which Deed of Trust was recorded in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as <br />Dacument No. 84- 005068; and <br />WHEREAS, Barney has been replaced as trustee by <br />D.
