DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GRETCHEN
<br />L. ELKINS AND DARRELL W. ELKINS, WIFE AND HUSBAND to TRW TITLE
<br />INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of FRED F. MEHRING, TRUSTEE OR
<br />ANY DULY APPOINTED SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE FRED F. MEHRING
<br />TRUST PURSUANT TO A WRITTEN TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 10,
<br />1990, AND HELEN M. MEHRING, TRUSTEE OR ANY DULY APPOINTED
<br />SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE HELEN M. MEHRING TRUST PURSUANT TO A
<br />WRITTEN TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 10, 1990 the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated February 1, 1993 and recorded February 5, 1993 in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 93- 101058, and has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />The Westerly Seventy five feet (75'), Four Inches (4 ") of Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3) in
<br />Campbell's Subdivision to the city of grand island, Haii County, Nebraska
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises.
