DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GRETCHEN <br />L. ELKINS AND DARRELL W. ELKINS, WIFE AND HUSBAND to TRW TITLE <br />INSURANCE COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of FRED F. MEHRING, TRUSTEE OR <br />ANY DULY APPOINTED SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE FRED F. MEHRING <br />TRUST PURSUANT TO A WRITTEN TRUST AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 10, <br />1990, AND HELEN M. MEHRING, TRUSTEE OR ANY DULY APPOINTED <br />SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE HELEN M.
