O. -Box 1768, Grand Island, Nebraska <br />. 68801. <br />Section 1305..; This Mortgage may be simul_taneously.executed:, <br />in several counterparts, each of which shall began original and <br />all of which shall constitute but one and the same instrument. <br />Section 1306. No -provision, covenant or agreement contained <br />in this Mortgage or the bonds, or any obligations herein or therein <br />imposed upon the County, or the breach thereof,'shall',constitute` ` <br />or. give rise to or:. impose upon the County a pecuni.aryl' liability <br />or a charge:upon its general credit or taxing powers. In making <br />the agreements, provisions and covenants set forth in*::' this Mortgage, <br />the County has not obligated itself, except with respect to the <br />Project and the application of the ,revenues, income and all. other <br />i <br />property therefrom, as hereinbefore provided <br />Section 1307.
