If any of the following, events occur,. subject <br />to'tfie'provisions of S,ection'913 hereof, it is 'hereby definedas•• <br />and declared to be and to constitute an "event of-'`default" <br />(a) Default in the .due and punctual payment ;of any <br />interest on any "bond hereby secured and 'outstanding' <br />hereunder and the continuance thereof for a period <br />of ten (10) days after mailing of! !written notice <br />thereof by the Trustee to the Lessee; <br />(b) Default in the, :due and punctual payment of the <br />principal of any bond hereby secured and outstanding. , <br />hereunder, whether•at the stated maturity thereof, or <br />upon:proceedings•for redemption thereof, or upon the - <br />maturity thereof by declaration; ;and theicontinuance <br />thereof for a period of ten (10) ;days after mailing <br />of written notice thereof by the Trustee to the <br />Lessee; <br />(c) Default in the due and :punctual payment of any other <br />moneys required to be paid to thelTrustee under the. <br />provisions of Article V hereof, and thelcontirivance <br />thereof for a period of ten (10) ;days after mailing <br />of written notice thereof by the ;Trustee to the Lessee; <br />(d) Default in the performance or observance of any other <br />of the covenants, agreements or conditions on the-part <br />of the County in this Mortgage, or in the bonds con- <br />tained, and the continuance thereof fora period of. <br />sixty (60) days after mailing of writtennotice thereof; <br />to the County by the Trustee or by the•owners of not <br />less than ten per cent (10%) in aggregate principal. <br />amount-of bonds outstanding hereunder; <br />(e) Default by Lessee and/or Guarantor, as>the case may. <br />be, 'in the keeping of ''the covenants set 'forth in <br />Section 5.6 of .the Lease and.Agreement'and in. sub- <br />paragraph 2(f)'of the Lease Guaranty!Agreement, and. <br />the continuance thereof fora period of !sixty (60) <br />days after mailing of.written notice thereof to <br />Lessee or Guarantor, as the case maybe,- by the County <br />or the Trustee or by the owners of not'l'ess than ten <br />per cent (10%) in aggregate principal amount of the <br />bonds outstanding hereunder; <br />(f) Default by Lessee in the performance ;or !.observance of <br />any of .the 'covenants, agreements 'or conditions on the <br />part of Lessee to be performed or; observed under the <br />Lease and Agreement, and the continuance thereof for <br />a period of sixty (60)-days after mailing of written <br />notice thereof to Lessee and to Guarantor by the County <br />or the Trustee or by the owners of not less than ten <br />per cent (10%)• in aggregate principal amount of the <br />bonds outstanding hereunder; or i <br />(g) Default by Guarantor in the performance-;or observance <br />of any of the covenants, agreements'and;conditions on <br />the part of Guarantor to be.performed or observed under: <br />the Lease Guaranty Agreement, an& the continuance there- <br />of for a period of sixty (60) days after. mailing 'of' <br />written notice thereof to Guarantor by the.
