` .00919 <br />This bond and the series of which,it'forms a part as may <br />be outstanding from time to time'are issued pursuant to and in, <br />full.compliance with the Constitution and laws of the State•of <br />-Nebraska., particularly Section 2• of •Article,-Xl-II" of " the Nebraoka " <br />Constitution and Sections 18-1614 to 18-1623,.Reissue Revised <br />Statutes of Nebraska, 1943 ',.as amended (herein referred to as the <br />"Act")', and pursuant to a Resolution duly adopted and approved by <br />the Chairman and Board of Supervisors of the County, which Resolu <br />tion authorizes the execution and deliver" of the Mortgage. This _ <br />bond and the series of which it forms a part and the interest hereon' <br />are limited obligations and shall never constitute 'an indebtedness - <br />of the,County within the meaning of any state constitutional pro- <br />vision or statutory limitation, but are payable solely out of the <br />revenues derived from the leasing.of the Project financed through <br />the issuance of said bonds and which has been leased to the Lessee <br />.for rentals sufficient to pay the principal of and 'interest on <br />the bonds as the same become due, and under which lease the <br />Lessee has undertaken to pay the costs of maintenance; insurance <br />and taxes and other expenses of and impositions on the Project. <br />The bonds and the interest thereon shall never constitute <br />nor give rise to a pecuniary liability of said County or a charge . <br />against its general credit or taxing powers. <br />Rental payments sufficient for the prompt payment when due <br />of the interest on and principal of said bonds are to, be paid to <br />the Trustee for the account of the County and deposited in a special <br />account created by the County and designated "County of Hall Indus <br />trial.Development Revenue Bond Fund- GIA, Inc./Burwood Industries, <br />Inc. Project, and have been and are hereby pledged for that purpose:: <br />. s <br />In addition, the bonds are secured by.a mortgage on the Project <br />constructed and acquired with the"proceeds of said bonds. <br />It is hereby expressly declared, and the owner hereof by,.. <br />acceptance of this bond hereby consents, that the bonds of the <br />.series.of-which this 'is.a part shall not have or be entitled"to <br />any priority over the bonds of any other series hereafter issued <br />under. the Mortgage, with respect to said pledge of rental payments <br />
