If there shall be any default in any of the ,terms, conditions or covenants dof :this mlortgage or the note secured hereby, then any sums owing'by the mortgagor to the mortgagee shall, at the option of ithe: mortgagee, become immediately due and payable. The mortgagee, or any holder of this note and the indebtedness secured hereby;'shall then have the.right._to enter into the possession of the mortgaged 'premises and collect the rents, issues and profits' Ahereof. In any action to foreclose; the holder of. this mortgage shall be entitled to the appointment of a Receiver of the rents and':profi'ts of the mortgaged'premises as a matter of right,. and without .notice,, vtith power to collect the rents, issues and profits of! the mortgaged premises becoming due during the pendency of any foreclosure suit; such rents and profits --being hereby expressly assigned and., pledged as additional security for . the payment of 'the indebtedness secured by, this mortgage, without regard to the value of the mortgaged premises or, the solvency of'any person or perysons liable for the payment of the mortgage indebtedness.
