LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />Vi This License Agreement is made by and between the <br />llage of Doniphan, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, <br />herein referred to as "Village" and Ivan W. Yates and Grace <br />Ann Yates, husband and wife, and Richard White, a single <br />Person and owner of the subject mobile home, hereinafter <br />referred to as "licensees". <br />I.
