LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />Vi This License Agreement is made by and between the <br />llage of Doniphan, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, <br />herein referred to as "Village" and Ivan W. Yates and Grace <br />Ann Yates, husband and wife, and Richard White, a single <br />Person and owner of the subject mobile home, hereinafter <br />referred to as "licensees". <br />I. STATE OF PUP <br />POSE <br />r, t <br />The Purp�S of this Licer4e Agreement is to set forth <br />the terms and conditions under which the licensees may <br />maintain, repair, and. utilize • the following described <br />improvement which infringes upon real estate owned or <br />controlled by the Village: a mobile home which encroaclz0s <br />upon the Village's right of way. <br />II. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSSES'REAL ESTATE <br />The L i ce_ -Qes , Ivan W. Yates aid <br />control the following described rea% es Grace Ann Yates overt or <br />t adjacent to the <br />Village's real estate to which thi' License Agreement shal 1 t. <br />apply: <br />Lot One (1), Yates Second Subdivision- to the Village of <br />.Coniphan, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />III. LICENSEES' DUTIES AND RISKS <br />It is understood and agreed that the licensees may <br />maintain, repa -I r and utilize the above described improvement _ <br />at the ' T i. censees.' sole risk.
