<br />distance of One Thousand Four Hundred Sixty and Eighty-Seven Hundredths (1460.87) feet to a point on the
<br />east line of said Section Seventeen (17) and along being a point on the east line of said Lot Four (4), Mainland,
<br />thence N 00° 47' 26" E, along and upon the east line of said Section Seventeen (17) and also being along and
<br />upon the east line of said Lot Four (4), Mainland, a distance of Thirty Five (35.00) feet to the point of
<br />beginning. Now known as Lot 1, J. & S. Riley Subdivision, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc., a California
<br />Corporation, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on December 3, 1998, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 111878.
<br />On or about December 1, 1998, Mountain West Financial, Inc., a California Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned
<br />all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The
<br />Assignment was recorded December 3, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 98- 111879.
<br />Michael E. Currans, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
