<br />Gene E. Heying and Carol -J. Heying, husband and wife,'each in his
<br />and her own right and as spouse of the.other,
<br />of the County of Ball and State of Nebraska
<br />hereinafter called party of the ,first part, in consideration of $3,010.00
<br />Three Thousand Ten and DOLLARS,
<br />in hand paid, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grand Island Trust
<br />Company of Grand Island, Nebraska, and. its successors and assigns, the following real
<br />estate, situated in Half County, State of Nebraska towit:
<br />The North One -Half (N') of Lot Forty-'Aqo (42) in Block "U" in
<br />Parkview Subdivision of a Part of the West Half ([d0 of the
<br />Northwest Ouarter (N?d14) of Section Twenty -Eight (28) and the
<br />East Half (E'1) of the northeast Quarter (NE',)' of Section
<br />Twenty -Nine (29), both in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the Sixth (6th) P.M.
<br />Together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all covenants in all the
<br />title deeds running with said real estate, and all the rents, issues and profits arising
<br />therefrom after default in performance of any covenant .or condition herein contained;
<br />and warrants the title thereto perfect and clear except for this mortgage.
<br />During the time this mortgage is in force the mortgagors agree:
<br />First. To pay all taxes and special assessments levied against said premises, in-
<br />cluding all taxes and assessments levied upon this mortgage, or the debt secured by
<br />this mortgage.
<br />Second. To keep all buildings thereon insured against loss by fire, lightning and
<br />tornado in some company, -to be approved by the said'Grand Island Trust Company
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, in the sum of $ insurable value , for the benefit of
<br />the said Trust Company, and its successors or assigns; and to deposit said policies with
<br />said Trust Company, and shall not commit or suffer any waste on said premises, and
<br />shall put and keep said.real estate, buildings and improvements in good order.
