<br />WITNESSETH, THAT:
<br />Mortgagor, in consideration of -money in the principal
<br />sum of One Million.Dollars ($1,000,000.00)'loaned by Mortgagee'to
<br />Mortgagor,.the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged:by Mortgagor, .
<br />and to secure the repayment of said principal sum and the interest
<br />thereon according to the terms of that certain promissory note of
<br />the same date in the same principal amount made by Mortgagor pay-
<br />able to the order of Mortgagee in installments as therein pro-
<br />vided with the balance of said principal and interest maturing on
<br />the first day of March, 1990, and to insure -the faithful performance
<br />of the covenants and agreements herein contained, has granted,
<br />bargained, and sold and conveyed, and,by,these presents,.does

<br />estate, one being situated in Lancaster County, Nebraskaandthe
<br />other in -Hall County Nebraska:

<br />Township 10 North, Range 7 East of the 6th P.M., Lancaster
<br />County, Nebraska, further described as follows:
<br />The East 317 feet of the West 350 feet of the 'South 250
<br />feet of said Lot 90 I.T., Containing 1.82 + acres.

<br />Lot 12, Commercial Industrial'Park Subdivision of Part of
<br />Block One Nelsen Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with -all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, and the reversions, remainders,
<br />rents and profits thereof, in and to land lying in any street,
<br />road; highway, or easement adjacent to or•runnirig through the
<br />real estate.
<br />Together with all machinery, apparatus, equipment,
<br />fittings and fixtures of every kind and nature whatsoever attached
<br />or annexed to each of the aforesaid parcels -and used in connection
<br />with the operation thereof whether now owned or hereafter acquired
<br />by Mortgagor (hereinafter called ".fixtures") which fixtures
<br />include but are not limited to all heating, lighting, incinerating,
<br />power.and total energy equipment, engines, pipes, pumps, tanks,
<br />motors, conduits, switchboards, plumbing, lifting,'cleaning, fire
<br />prevention, fire extinguishing, refrigerating, ventilating and
<br />communications - apparatus, air cooling -and air conditioning
<br />apparatus, elevators, escalators, wall to wall carpeting, shades,
<br />awnings, screens, storm doors and windows, attached cabinets,:
<br />partitions, ducts and compressors and all of the rights, title
