<br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, lying North of the right of
<br />way of the -railroad of the Chicago, Burlington 9 Quincy Railroad Company
<br />and on the Westerly side of a line drawn 17 feet distant, parallel with
<br />and easterly from the center line of the Traill sand pit spur track as the,
<br />same is now located and staked over and across the land above described.

<br />taxes, levies and assessments levied :tpon this mortgage or the note which this mortgage is given to secure, before the
<br />same becomes delinquent, and keep' the buildings on said premises insured for the stun of $
<br />loss, if any, payable to the said mortgagee, then these presents. to be void, otherwise to be and renzain in frill force.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED (r) That if the said mortgagor shall fail to pay such taxes or procure such '
<br />insurance, the said mortgagee may pay such taxes and procure sridt insurance; and the sum so advanced, with.interest
<br />.at per cent shall be paid by said mortgagor, and this mortgage shall stand as security for the same. (a) That
<br />a failure to pay any of said money, 'either principal or.interest when.the sante becomes due, or a failure to comply with
<br />any of the foregoing agreements, shall cause the whole sum of stoney herein secured to become due and. collectible `
