Louise, Grand Island, County Deed of Trust dated the 28th day of Office of the Register of Deeds of Nebraska, on the 1st day of March, in said office, conveyed to Boelus Deed of Trust described, in trust, indebtedness mentioned therein. 2000069'71 and PENNY J. PLAMBECK, husband and wife, of HALL, in the State of Nebraska by a February, 2000 and duly recorded in the the County of HALL AND THE State of 2000 entered as Instrument No. 200001678 State Bank, certain real estate in said to secure the payment of the Lot Four (4), Block Six (6), Wiebe Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. AND, WHEREAS, Said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been fully satisfied; BOELUS STATE BANK, does hereby remise, release and quit claim unto the present owner or owners the said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns said owner or owners forever, all the right, title, and interest which it has under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference to which is hereby made for greater certainty. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging forever. AND FURTHER, that said Trust Deed is, by these presents to be considered as fully and absolutely released, canceled and forever discharged. WITNESS my hand and seal this ATTEST: L.
