LA) WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />r-f - the Deed of Trust dated April 23, 1992, executed by HMS Enterprises, Inc., a Kansas Corporation, <br />as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska, <br />recorded as document #92- 103892 on the 5th day of May, 1992, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Two (2), Antonson Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, being a part of the Northeast Quarter <br />of the Northeast Quarter (NE' /4NE' /4) of Section Twenty -Four (24), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M.
