<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 1.
<br />That a Deed of Trust, was made -and entered into on or about
<br />July 13, 1983, - by and between Scott Iamb and Susan K. Lambu
<br />husband and wife,. Trustors, and Commercial Federal Savings and
<br />Loan Association, Beneficiary; wherein Commercial Federal Savings
<br />and Loan Association was named Trustee. This.•tped of Trust was
<br />recorded July 14, 1983, as Document No. 83- 003722 - -�'in the Records
<br />of the Register of Deeds of stall County, Nebraska,:..; "Hereinafter
<br />the Trustee, Commercial Federal Savings and Loam :,Asaci at3 ian,
<br />will be referred to an GRANTOR.
<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of Forty -Two Thousand Six
<br />Hundred Seventy -Five and No /100 Dollars ($42,675.00), and other
<br />valuable consideration received from Federal National. :Mortgage
<br />Association, hereinafter GRANTEE does hereby grant,,.-.. bargain,,
<br />sell, convey and confirm unto GRANTEE, the following described.
<br />real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Fourteen (14), Western Heights Fourth Subdivision,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above - described premises together
<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances., thereto
<br />belonging unto the GRANTEE, and to GRANTEE'S successors and
<br />assigns forever.
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE and with the
<br />GRANTEE'S successors and assigns:
<br />(1) That Scott Lamb and Susan K. Lamb failed to pay'.. the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and :.the
<br />GRANTOR, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected to declare
<br />the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest
<br />thereon, at once immediately due and payable.
<br />(2) That a Notice of Default was,recorded by GRANTOR on the
<br />30th day of November, 1988, as Document No. 88- 106405 in the
<br />records of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska. A copy
<br />of the Notice of Default was served upon:
