Shamberg, Attorney at Law, Trustee, <br />and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein Melvin F. Rumbaugh <br />and Shirley M. Rumbaugh, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and L <br />& P Investments, L.L.C. is Trustor and James I. Shamberg is <br />Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on November 25, 1997, and <br />identified as Document No. 97- 109946, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) <br />excepting the West One Hundred Thirty Feet (W 130') of Lot <br />Fourteen (14) and the West One Hundred Thirty Feet (W 1301) of <br />the South 19.88 Feet of Lot Thirteen (13), Lambert's Subdivi- <br />sion in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />e foregoin Deed <br />on 2 , <br />.
