<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deeds of Trust executed by John A Wolf, not personally
<br />but as Trustee on behalf of Frank D. Gion Trust under the provisions of a trust aereement dated November 1, 1987, Trustee to
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated October 13, 1999 and November 1, 2000 , and recorded October 14, 1999 and November 3, 2000 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Documents #0099110030 and #0200009555 of the
<br />Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, retruse, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />THE REAL PROPERTY OR ITS ADDRESS IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS 803 S VINE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801.
