EXHIBIT "A" 200006942 A tract of land comprising all that part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NEi /4 SEi /4 SEI /4) lying north of a tract deeded to the State of Nebraska, said deed being recorded in Book 136, Page 235, Hall County Register of Deeds Office, and all of that part of the hest Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (111/2 SE1 /4 SE1 /4), excepting therefrom, a tract deeded to the State of Nebraska, said deed being recorded in Book 136, Page 311, Hall County Register of Deeds Office, and a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4 SE1 /4 SE1 /4), said tract being located in Section Twenty Three (23), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4 SEi /4), said point being Ninety Four and Five Tenths (94.50) feet west of the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4 SE1 /4 SE1 /4); thence running westerly, along and u on the south line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter p(SE1 /4 SE1 /4 , a distance of Five Hundred Sixty Six and Forty Nine Hundredths (566.49 feet to the southwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4 SE1 /4); thence deflecting right 88'40'07" and running northerly, along and upon the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEi /4 SE1 /4), a distance of One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty One and Ninety Seven (1,321.97) feet to the northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4 SE1 /4); thence deflecting right 90'48'46" and running easterly, along and upon the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SEi /4 SEi /4), a distance of One Thousand One Hundred Eleven and Eight Hundredths (1.111.08) feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of U. S.
