SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT WHEREAS, Jeffrey M. Reis and (� <br />Heather E. Reis, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagors /Trustors" did on the �U <br />15`h of August, 2000 execute and deliver to Jeffrey Oaks, Inc. a mortgage /Deed of Trust upon <br />certain real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, and legally described as: <br />Lot Forty Eight (48), Jeffrey Oaks Sixth Subdivision in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />conditioned for and to secure the payment of the sum shown on the NOTE, which <br />mortgage/Deed of Trust was recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County on <br />the 16th day of August, 2000 as Document No. 200006634. <br />WHEREAS, Mortgagors /Trustors, for the purpose, among other things, of paying or <br />securing certain debts, have agreed to execute and deliver a mortgage /deed of trust upon the real <br />estate to Equitable Mortgage Corporation conditioned for the payment of the sum of One <br />Hundred Eleven Thousand Dollars ($110,000.00), to be a first mortgage /deed of trust upon the <br />premises, recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Jeffrey Oaks, Inc. in consideration of the premises for value <br />received, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain, <br />consent, promise and agree to and with Mortgagors /Trustors, their heirs and assigns, that the <br />Mortgage /deed of trust upon the premises thus to be executed by Mortgagors /Trustors to <br />Equitable Mortgage Corporation, for the amount and interest above mentioned, shall at all times <br />be a prior Mortgage/Deed of Trust and a prior lien upon the premises to the Mortgage/Deed of <br />Trust of Jeffrey Oaks, Inc. as above described. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Subordination of <br />Mortgage /Deed of Trust on this 28th day of August 2000, <br />JEFFREY OAKS, INC. <br />BY <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />COUNTY OF HALL )SS <br />Before me, a Notary Public quali ley, irn said Co�nty,�ersonally came <br />James S.
