<br />WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, wherein COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, was
<br />Plaintiff and Raymond S. Mayhew, Karen A. Mayhew, Carl L. Mayhew, Susan A:
<br />Mayhew and others, were Defendants, being filed as Docket 95, Page 018,
<br />there was entered, on November 14, 1988, a Decree of foreclosure finding
<br />that there was due Plaintiff the sum set forth in Plaintiff's Petition,
<br />and:unless Defendants, or one of them, within twenty days fro>a.the date of
<br />said.-Decree pays to Plaintiff, the amount so found due with: "terest and
