<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KURT D KULWICKI, AN UNMARRIED
<br />PERSON, as Trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of The Equitable Building b
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, as Beneficiary, dated APRIL 6,
<br />1995, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 95-
<br />102107, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys
<br />to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to
<br />the Deed of Trust in the following:

<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PARCEL 3: LOT 69, WEST HEIGHTS ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
