BELTZER, a single <br />person, and CHARLES A. DOUTHIT and DONNA M. DOUTHIT, husband and <br />wife, hereinafter referred to as "SELLERS ", and WILLIAM D. EPPLEY <br />and GLORIA K. EPPLEY, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as <br />"BUYERS1% <br />WITNESSETH: <br />1. Sale. Sellers agree to sell and convey to Buyers a4id Buyers <br />agree to purchase from Sellers, the following" described real }property <br />'in Grand Island, Hall County,: Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1) in Block ELTe (5), in &ay =Dee Subdivisid <br />In the City of Grand IsIgnd, Hall Geunty, Nebraska, <br />commonly referred to as 11502 Ando Street, <br />together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon, including <br />the following personal property: Curtains, drapes, rods, stave, <br />dishwasher. <br />2. Purchase Price. The purchase price for the above described <br />property is the sum of Fifty -Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br />($57,500.00), payable as follows: <br />A. Buyers shall pay to Sellers, upon execution of the <br />Contract, the sum of Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00) <br />downpayment, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. <br />B.
