Box 1507, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802 -1507 (hereinafter <br />"Lender"), the owner and holder of the certain Promissory Note for $10,047.00 dated May 29, 1998 given <br />by Shannilee Barnhart- Cramer and Gregory M.
