<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />1.� The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City
<br />Council on January 16, 2989, enacted. Ordinance No. 7528, which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the
<br />manner and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7528 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according to 7:a an4`notice of such sale and the
<br />terms thereof were published in the Grand Island Daily Inde-
<br />pendent for three successive weeks, on January 24, January 31, and
<br />February 7, 1989, all as required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943.
<br />3. No remonstrance again 'st such sale was filed with the City
<br />Council of the City of Grand Is=land, Nebraska, within thirty days
<br />of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7528.
<br />4. Section 5 of 'Ordinance No. 7528 provides that if no
<br />remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City
<br />Clerk shall make, execute and deliver to the Grantees a Special
<br />Warranty Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed
<br />is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City
<br />Council.
<br />Now, TORE, the City. of Grand island, Nebraska, a
<br />municipal corporation in HaII- : County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration at One. Dollar ($1.001 received from Grantee, doea
<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, cdmvey, and ccnfirm unto
<br />KENNETE A. JACK-SON,
<br />a single person, herein called .the Grantee, the following described
<br />.real property in Hall County,-Nebr =ska:
<br />The northerly four -four (44) feet of Lot Eight (8), in Block
<br />One Hundre Thirty -three (133),,ir Union Pacific Railway Cos
<br />2nd Additlor, to the City of Grand island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />hereinafter referred to as the Premises.
<br />To have and to hold the above described Premises unto the
<br />Grantee and to Grantee's heirs, devisees, executors, adminis-
<br />trators, successors, and assigns forever, so long as the Grantee
<br />performs all of the covenants and obligations contained in
<br />paragraph 6 of the "Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate" recorded
<br />as Document No. 89- 100192 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Special warranty Deed shall convey to Grantee an estate
<br />in fee simple determinable, and in the event of breach of any of
