<br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City
<br />Council on January 16, 1989, enacted Ordinance No. 7527, which
<br />directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the
<br />manner and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7.527 was published in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent according. to Isvi. and notice of such sale and -the -
<br />terms thereof were publisr,,:iad in., the Grand Island Daily inde-
<br />pendent for three successive weeks, on January 24, January 31, and,
<br />February 7, 2989, all as nc `.:iredi gay Section 16 -202, E.M.S. 1943.
<br />3. No remonstrance gainst such sale was..fil -ed witL, . the -city

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a
<br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in
<br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) received from Grantees, does
<br />hereby grant,. bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />GALEN MCH1VGH and KATHY McHUGH,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in q� ®n,
<br />herein called the Grantees, the following described real p=operty
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The westerly thirty- t %,ree (33) feet of Fractional Lo* six (6),
<br />in Fractional Block One Hundred F 'orty -three (143) of Union
<br />Pacific Railway Cos 2nd Addition, -and all that part of
<br />Fractional Lot Seven (7), in Fractional Block Eleven. (11) of
<br />Russel Wheeler's Addit-ica.,. awing West of the easterly thirty -
<br />three (33) feet of said Fractional Lot Seven (7), in said
<br />Fractional Block Eleven (il), both being Additions to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />hereinafter referred to as the Premises.
<br />To have and to hold the above described Premises unto the
<br />Grantees and to Grantees' heirs, devisees, executors, adminis-
<br />trators, successors, and assigns forever, so long as the Grantees
<br />perform all of the covenants and obligations contained in paragraph
<br />6 of the "Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate" recorded as
<br />Document No. 89- 100193 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
