<br />On the dates set forth in the Statement of Account/ Invoice attached as
<br />Exhibit "A ", FABRICATOR'S INC, (The Claimant) furnished materials to
<br />Industrial 14ardfacing, Inc, 18489 Twin Lakes Road, Elk River, MN, 55330
<br />which were placed upon the building or land for improvement, alteration or
<br />repair thereof, situated upon, or being identical with the following described
<br />real estate in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, State of Nebraska (the
<br />"Real Estate") legally described as:
<br />Part of Lot Forty -six (46) of Industrial Addition of Hail
<br />County, Grand Island, State of Nebraska
<br />(For detailed description see exhibit "B" attached and by
<br />reference Incorporated herein and made a part hereof)
<br />The items in Exhibit 4A" were furnished pursuant to a contract made by
<br />the then owner of the Real Estate, the owner's sub- contractor (Industrial
<br />Hardfacing, Inc.) and were furnished by Claimant who is a sub - contractor
<br />thereunder. These items were furnished and shipped the 25th day of May,
<br />2000 and invoiced on the 13th day of June 2000, at the respective dates,
<br />amounts and prices stated in Exhibit "A ", which is a true and just statement of
<br />account after allowing all credits.
<br />The Owner of the Real Estate was then Monfort, Inc, whose last known
<br />mailing address is 555 S. Stuhr Road, Grand Island, NE 68801 and to the best
<br />of this Claimants knowledge and belief is still the owner of the Real Estate.
