L a r ' k is f� (13) In the event Mortgagor or any of Mortgagor's conveys his interest in the Mortgaged Property, or any part thereof, to any other party, Mortgagee may, without notice to Mortgagor or Mortgagor's successors, representatives, heirs and` assigns -deal with any owner of any part of the Mortgaged Property with reference to this Mortgage and the Secured Indebtedness, either by way of forebearance'on the part of Mortgagee, or extension of time of payment of Secured Indebt- edness, or release of: all or any part of the - Mortgaged Prop -. erty, or any other property securing payment of the Secured Indebtedness, without in any way modi fying'-or affecting Mort- gagee's Rights and Liens hereunder or the liability of Mort - gagor or any other party liable for:. - payment of the Secured Indebtedness, in whole or in part. (14). Each and every party who signs this Mortgage, other than Mortgagee,..and each and every subsequent owner of the Mortgaged Proparty, or any part :.thereof, covenants and agrees that he-will perform or cause to be- .performed, each. and every condition, term, provision and covenant of this. Mortgage, except that he shall have no duty to pay the indebt- edness evidenced by the Note except.'..in accordance with the terms of the Note, and all renewals and extensions thereof, and the terms'of this Mortgage are in accordance with the terms of the transfer to it. Wherever this Mortgage requires notice to Mortgagor, such notice shall be deemed to have been given.on the day it -is deposited ih the United States mail in an envelope addressed to Mortgagor at the address stated on the first page hereof. (15) This Mortgage is being executed in numerous counterparts, each and all of which shall be deemed originals, and all counterparts together shall constitute one and the same document. (16) This.Mortgage shall .be binding upon Mortgagor, his successors, representatives, heirs and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of Mortgagee, or any other holder of the Secured. Indebtedness, its successors, representatives, heirs and assigns.
