<br />Know all men, that we the undersigned in consideration of full payment of our claim, and
<br />other valuable consideration received, do hereby waive, relinquish and release the mechanic's
<br />lien recorded on Instrument # 200005469 of the Mechanic's Lien Records of Hall County, State
<br />of Nebraska, which covers the following described real estate situated in said county, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25,
<br />Township 11, North, Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the north line of said section, said point being 475.0 feet east of
<br />the 1/4 Section corner of the north line of said Section 25, thence east along and upon said
<br />north line of said Section 25, a distance of 241.0 feet, thence south at an angle of 88 45' to
<br />the right, a distance of 736.0 feet, thence west parallel to the north line of said Section 25,
<br />a distance of 241.0 feet, thence north a distance of 736.0 feet to the point of beginning,
<br />containing 4.071 acres more or less.
