<br />THIS EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this: 22nd day of
<br />February , 19 89 , by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVi SG D LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ",
<br />and Greg 0. mehring and Marla R. Mehring, Husband and Wife
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower'.
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, Borrower has prelviously`�,executed and delivered''unfo
<br />Lamer a' de=tain Note secured by a D�vsd of Trust upon that real -
<br />estate d scribed as:
<br />LOT TWO (2) IN SANDY BEACH SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />which Deed of Trust was dated August 15 , 19 88 , and filed for
<br />record on August 19 , 1988 ,—UT the office oi-the Register of
<br />Deeds of HaIl County, Nebraska, as Document No. 88- 104597 =
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust had a stated maturity date of
<br />E�41 nary 19 , 19 89 =

<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew
<br />and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust,
<br />NOW, THEREPOM,' in consideration of such renewal and
<br />extension, the parties' hereto''.' give'' notice in accord with
<br />NEB. REV. STAT. g 76 -2`35 of the' continued effectiveness of the
<br />Heed of Trust above described; in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the
<br />above- descii ed Deed of Trust is hereby extended to June 1 ,
<br />la 89 .
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically
<br />kodified by this Extens'on Agreement, all other terms, covenants
<br />and conditions contained. in the above- described Deed of Trust
<br />shall remain in full force and effect as security for the
<br />remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
