Such <br />asa4ts included the following-described real estate: <br />Lot Two Hundred Forty-Seven (247), in West Lawn <br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />4. The total gross value of all assets subject to consid- <br />eration for Federal Estate Tax purposes did not equal or exceed <br />$600,000'.. There is no Federal Estate Tax Return nor Nebraska <br />Estate Tax Return required for this Estate, and there are no <br />such death taxes owing herein.
