<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JAMES P LEE AND 
<br />NANCY A LEE, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME 
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the 
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 6, 1998_ and recorded AUGUST 5, 1998 in 
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 98- 107619 has 
<br />been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be 
<br />executed and delivered: 
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
